Payment is made online by the user upon booking a paid workout. All payments are made in CAD. The booking user is entitled to a full refund of this payment (in the form of money credited to the user’s Training Mobs account to be used on subsequent bookings) upon cancellation of the workout (by the user leading the workout) or cancellation of the booking at any time up to the starting time of the workout.

In the event of a disputed transaction, the user agrees to first contact Training Mobs regarding the matter (contact information can be found here) before taking further action.
